Brief

Remedial works that are programmed, documented, and built to last — from regional council pools to Olympic-scale plant rooms.

Poolcorp was established by Director Gabriel Gallo with a focus on remedial pool construction, waterproofing, and mechanical upgrades for operational aquatic facilities. Over fifteen years, the business has expanded into structural repair, plant room overhauls, and full-scope new-build construction.

We work primarily for councils, aquatic centre operators, schools, hotels, and commercial pool facilities — many of which we've returned to year after year. Our advantage is a directly-employed crew, a culture of safety and detail, and a planning approach built around minimising disruption to the end-users of every facility we attend.

Although Poolcorp is based in Sydney, we regularly undertake projects in regional areas and interstate, providing the same high standard of remedial pool construction and resurfacing services wherever the job takes us.

    Site assessment

    We attend site, listen to operator priorities, and document existing conditions — pool shells, plant rooms, balance tanks, and surrounding infrastructure.

    Detailed scope

    We prepare a written scope of works with materials, sequencing, and a programme that protects facility uptime — including out-of-hours options.

  • 03

    Mobilisation

    Directly-employed crews arrive equipped, accredited, and briefed. Site setup, scaffolding, and protections installed before remedial works begin.

    Execution

    Work delivered under our quality and safety systems with daily supervisor sign-off, photographic records, and progressive client updates.

    Commissioning & handover

    Surfaces reinstated, mechanical systems commissioned, and the facility returned to operation with as-built documentation and warranties handed over.
